Description
The Telemark Canal is situated in the Telemark region and is 105 km long. In many places the canal flows through existing lakes. It is the only canal in Norway, which flows into the North Sea. This impression shows the part between Akkerhaugen and Lunde with the locks Ulefoss, Eidsfoss and Vrangfoss. Het Telemark-kanaal ligt in de regio Telemark en is 105 km lang. Op veel plaatsen loopt het kanaal door bestaande meren. Het is het enige kanaal in Noorwegen, dat in de (Noord)zee eindigt. Deze impressie geeft een beeld van het gedeelte tussen Akkerhaugen en Lunde met de sluizen Ulefoss, Eidsfoss en Vrangfoss. |
